What to Expect From Your Inspection

Whether you’re buying, selling, or maintaining your home, Freedom Inspection Services delivers professional, high-quality service from the moment you call. Our licensed inspectors walk through the home with you, explaining each step and answering any questions along the way. We adhere strictly to the Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors established by the State of Wisconsin.

After we walk through the home together, we’ll review the overall condition of the property and its major systems with you and your agent. We’ll discuss any significant issues that may require immediate attention, as well as items to monitor for future maintenance. All findings are clearly detailed in an easy-to-read Spectora report, delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. The report includes photos and notes for each item we discuss, making it simple to reference and share.
